MIG Welding

Metal Inert Gas welding for robust, continuous structural joints.

About This Service

MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding is our primary process for heavy fabrication, structural steelwork, and manufacturing. It offers a high deposition rate, resulting in strong, continuous welds across thick materials. This semi-automatic process uses a continuous solid wire electrode fed through a welding gun, shielded by an inert gas mixture to protect the weld pool from contamination.

Ideal for general fabrication, bracketry, frame building, and automotive repairs, our MIG welding services ensure deep penetration and excellent joint integrity for carbon steel applications.
